My name is Azam, and I’m a passionate UX/UI Designer who translates complex ideas into user-friendly and visually striking digital experiences.
I combine strategy, UX, visual design and development to create solutions that work for both users and businesses.

Project Management
I coordinate website-related projects from planning through to delivery, keeping track of deadlines, stakeholders and the various disciplines involved.
I ensure that projects run in a structured manner and that strategy, design and development are well aligned.
UX/UI Design
I translate complex issues into clear, intuitive websites that are both user-friendly and visually striking.
From structure and user flows to interactions and visual design: I design with the user in mind and ensure that every element feels logical and purposeful.
Web Development
I build modern, responsive websites that combine design, functionality and technology.
From a solid foundation to interactive details: I ensure a fast, scalable and consistent user experience.
Internship supervision
I mentor higher professional education (HBO) students studying Communication & Multimedia Design during their work placements and support them in their development as budding digital designers.
I provide substantive feedback, contribute ideas to projects and help students translate their ideas into strong, well-founded digital solutions.

Augustus 2024 - Heden
Promoted to Project Manager at The Pixel Bakery, responsible for the entire web development division.
Focus on project management, client relations, process optimisation and team leadership.
Januari 2024 - Heden
As a UX/UI Designer at The Pixel Bakery, I was responsible for designing and developing websites.
As well as producing designs, I turned them into functional, user-friendly websites.
Baas & Baas | 2020 - 2023

As a Front-end Developer, I was responsible for turning supplied designs into responsive websites and online shops.
In doing so, I focused on delivering an optimal user experience and ensuring designs were implemented accurately.

As a UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
In this role, I focused on user experience, visual design and translating ideas into functional digital products.

After completing my studies, I founded Neonbyte, driven by my ambition to run my own business. As a digital agency, I help companies with websites, online shops, branding and digital solutions.
This has given me the opportunity to use my entrepreneurial skills and digital expertise to create value for clients.

That curiosity is probably the reason why I ended up in UX in the first place, and why I keep trying to solve people’s problems.
Apart from designing, I recharge my batteries by doing intense exercise (as a way to let off steam).
